The Associate Director for Digital Learning and Research provides direction and planning for research and academic technology services that support the teaching, learning, and scholarship of Hamilton's faculty, students, and staff. The director leads a team of research librarians, educational technologists, instructional designers, and student tutors. This position especially supports faculty in introducing and infusing existing and innovative digital technologies in their teaching, learning, and research. The director works collaboratively with colleagues, faculty, students, academic support partners, institutional committees, and regional and national consortia to develop, enhance, and assess academic technologies and research services that support the academic program. The director stays abreast of current and emerging trends and implements best practices in areas of responsibility, assuring that Hamilton's services are efficient and responsive to the evolving needs of faculty, students, and staff.
