Molly is a graduate student in Library Science with a specialization in Archives, Records, and Information Management at the University of Maryland's iSchool.
She has a background in Russian studies, and she is looking to combine her fascination with international cultural exchange and her passion for empowering people through information by pursuing a career in international librarianship. Her specific areas of interest include open knowledge, government transparency, social media, and digital repositories.

Molly attended the International Federation of Library Associations (IFLA) 2012 World Congress in Helsinki, Finland as CLIR's Rovelstad Scholar.
